Writing a CODE Exam Out of Town

Writing a CODE Exam Out of Town

To write a CODE exam out of town you must:

  1. Find and confirm a suitable individual (a proctor) available to invigilate the exam. The exam can be written at any time, as long as the date is the same as the scheduled on campus exam.
  2.  Submit an online application within Canvas for each course. Applications open when classes start. Deadlines are posted on the application page within Canvas.
  3. About two or three weeks before your exam date, we will mail the exam to your proctor at no cost to you.
  4. Once the exam is written, your proctor must courier the exam to CODE within 1 business day.
